Sending Automated E-Mails/Responses To Contacts

A user can set up an automation that sends an email right after someone submits a contact form on the user's site by following these steps: 

  • Go to your site's Dashboard 
  • Click on the Manage Contact Option on the left sidebar 
  • Contact Management window will open 
  • Click on the Automation option
  • Click on the Add New Automation on the top right corner 
  • Select Send Mail to Contact 
  • Set Trigger & then select Form Submit option 
  • Click on Edit on Sender Details option  
  • Fill in the From & Reply-To fields accordingly  
  • Click on the Save button 
  • Click Activate button on the top right corner.
