Creating a Multi-Action Automation
Multi-Action automations are automations with a single trigger and multiple actions. You can create Multi-Actions automation by following these steps:
- Go to your site's Dashboard
- Click on the Manage Contact Option on the left sidebar
- Contact Management window will open
- Click on the Automation option
- Click on the Add New Automation on the top right corner
- Set Trigger, Action & Timing as per your needs
- Set status to Active
- Click on Add New Follow Up Step
- Step up new Automation using the same steps mentioned above
- Click on the Save button
- Click on the Activate button located at the top right corner
