Creating a Multi-Action Automation

Multi-Action automations are automations with a single trigger and multiple actions. You can create Multi-Actions automation by following these steps: 

• Go to your site's Dashboard 
• Click on the Manage Contact Option on the left sidebar 
• Contact Management window will open 
• Click on the Automation option
• Click on the Add New Automation on the top right corner 
• Set Trigger, Action & Timing as per your needs 
• Set status to Active 
• Click on Add New Follow Up Step 
• Step up new Automation using the same steps mentioned above 
• Click on the Save button 
• Click on the Activate button located at the top right corner
